Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Time Keepers, we focus on providing premium quality. While we do not offer cash refunds, we provide seamless exchange and store credit options to ensure you are always satisfied with your purchase.

Exchange Window: Please initiate your exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

Conditions for Exchange:

1. Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.
3. The protective polythene/film on the watch must remain intact.
4. A clear unboxing video (from start to finish) is mandatory for any exchange or damage claim.

Store Credit: If you prefer not to exchange immediately, the full product value will be issued as Store Credit, which never expires and can be used for any future purchase.

Damaged / Defective Items: In the rare event of a defect, we provide a free replacement of the same model (subject to availability), verified via your unboxing video.
